Utilitape™ Underground Warning Tape (UWT) is a colored plastic underground non-detectable marker tape manufactured for LDPE. The underground line marker tapes are printed with warning messages for marking underground buried service lines (electric cables, fiber optic cables, water pipes, gas pipelines). The tapes are designed to be installed between the pipe or cable and the surface in the excavated trench so that any future rogue excavations will hit the warning tape before the cable or pipeline. Boddingtons underground warning marker tapes are an economical way of warning excavators of buried pipes and cables below ground. Underground warning tapes can be manufactured to a customers' specification with any text, language, color and size.

• Material – Linear low density polyethylene
• Lead free pigments with virgin grade film
• Soil tolerance from pH 2.5 to pH 11.0 inclusive
• Special manufacture available
• Various thicknesses of material available from 23-150 micron

Tapes can be manufactured in many widths including 2", 4", 6", 8" and 10". Larger widths can be produced subject to quantity. Tapes can be produced in lengths from 100ft up to 3000ft.
